Heroine REM is finally coming to NA. This machine will be running from 2/6 to 2/19, will cost 10 stones per pull, and will be giving a free pull to all accounts that are above rank 50. The cost of pulling this machine may seem frightening, but the value you that you get from this machine will be worth it for most, if not all players. All of the monsters in this machine sell for 15,000 MP at minimum should you wish to sell them, and will gain a +egg bonus during the mid February god fest if that should feature such a bonus.

Farmable

Pros:

  • Fast orb changer with haste
  • Very high attack stat (2144)

Cons:

  • Not inheritable
  • Only 1 skill boost

A TPA version of Grisar with slightly higher stats. Grisar is already a solid farmable for any row-based dark team, and Grida is exactly the same but for TPA-based teams instead. She would be a good budget sub for Dark Kanna, Noctis, Reincarnated Hades, Aizen, and Awoken Okuninushi. Pick up one from the dungeon that comes along with the egg machine and skill her up via Devil Rush.

5

Pros:

  • Unique Light/Dark board changer
  • Machine Killer

Cons:

  • Only 1 skill boost
  • Doesn’t make hearts in a fairly heart reliant meta

Sheena is a unique choice for running dungeons such as Machine Hera and Zeus. She brings a solid board change, as well as good offensive awakenings for said dungeons. Her lack of multiple skill boosts makes it harder for her to find a place as a base sub on farming teams, but she is a solid inherit for dark-based farming such as Machine Hera, as well as teams like Reincarnated Hades, Final Getsuga Ichigo, Anubis, Dark Kanna, and Yomidra.

Her board change lacking hearts does limit her use slightly, as she can’t really find a place on a Gremory team, but she does fill a niche with her Machine Killer and her unique board change.

As a sub: 6.5/10

As an inherit: 7.5/10

Niche filler: 9/10

Pros:

  • Only 4 TPA Fire monster
  • Double orb changer that doesn’t break hearts

Cons:

  • Only 1 skill boost
  • Poor damage when not matching a TPA
  • Heart skyfall buff is slow for farming
  • Competition from Yamato and Uriel for Wood and Light orb changing respectively

Kuvia presents an interesting orb changer for fire teams. Her double orb change that doesn’t break hearts is quite good for almost every strong Fire based team. Christmas Gremory, Dantalion, Xiang Mei, Krishna, Shivadra, and Reincarnated Shiva will all find use for her orb change, with the latter half also favoring her 4 TPAs for very solid damage. She unfortunately won’t qualify for Xiang Mei as a base sub, but she will serve as a solid inherit that can pair well with Saria. She unfortunately will not be usable for Reincarnated Minerva teams due to her use of Light orbs in her skill.

While she does provide a solid base for TPA teams, she does suffer from the same issue as Scheat. When you aren’t making TPAs, her damage is going to be rather poor. Kuvia has nearly twice the attack of her sister, but the problem is still there. This results in her being a poor base for hybrid row and TPA teams, as her damage will not be up to par with the rest of the teams on a row based burst.

As a sub: 6.5/10

As an inherit: 8/10

Niche filler: 2/10

Pros:

  • 6 heart enhance awakenings
  • 5 turn cool down
  • Makes hearts in a largely heart-based meta
  • High attack stat (2069)

Cons:

  • Only 1 skill boost
  • Poor offensive awakening spread

Unlike Sheena and Kuvia, Mel doesn’t really stand out as much from other heart-making options. Having her hearts spawn in a fixed place can help make easy crosses, but she can also just as easily eat up the attacking orbs that you needed to go along with your cross. Her shortage of offensive power beyond a high attack stat also makes it hard justify using her over stronger offensive options such as Scheat or Awoken Sun Quan for TPA based teams, and Navi and Andromeda for row based ones.

One interesting place that she could see some use would be as a stat stick to inherit a nuke such as Grimmjow or Awoken Vritra onto. Her 5 turn cool down presents a good base, even if she only provides 1 skill boost to the team. She doesn’t quite match up to the weapon series due to a lack of the Multiboost awakening, but she can still hit fairly hard (641,000 with +99 attack using Grimmjow).

As an inherit: 4/10

Niche filler: 6.5/10

Pros:

  • 2 Devil Killer awakenings
  • Unbindable
  • 4 turn cool down

Cons:

  • Relatively weak attack stat to go with her killers (1163)
  • Only 1 skill boost

Mito, the queen of Devil Rush. For those that like to farm rank XP, Mito opens up the ability to use dual Ganesha. Unfortunately, it requires the whale that comes from Radar, but the possibility for Radar things to come to NA is not zero. Her 4 turn cool down also is good for inheriting over with a mass orb maker of some sort to help with farming.

Outside of her devil-based destruction however, she doesn’t have much use. Her Devil Killers will make Parvati impossible in Arena, and green has much better bind clear options than a poverty Metatron that lacks the flexibility of the heart row clear. Her lack of skill boosts also hurts for farming, but green isn’t particularly hurting for skill boost sticks with Tengu being around.

As an inherit: 1/10

Niche filler: 10/10

Pros:

  • 3 time extends
  • Heart-making board changer in a largely heart-based meta

Cons:

  • 0 skill boosts
  • Low HP on an element that tends to have HP problems
  • Will trick you into thinking she’s Ilmina

Momiji is a decent base for the heart-based Light teams around such as TPA Miru and Paimon. Her time extend awakenings would be more useful to Paimon, as Miru doesn’t particularly need it, but her TPAs would be more at home with Miru. Her attack stat is good enough to make use of her TPAs, and the two heart-crossers won’t be hurting as much for additional HP in places other than Arena.

As an inherit, she will find a home anywhere that Sylvie did. Her board change pairs with Australis to make a full Wood board for Liu Bei, and with Michael to make a Wood/Heart board for Kaede, Reincarnated Parvati, and Reincarnated Bastet (although Bastet would likely prefer the tricolor for higher combo counts). The loss of the haste compared to Sylvie can be both beneficial (quicker animation for speed farming) and detrimental (necessity of haste to reuse an active), but the slightly shorter cool down is welcome for sure.

Pros:

  • 4 time extends
  • 7×6 board maker
  • Dragon Killer awakening

Cons:

  • Only 1 skill boost
  • Doesn’t make hearts in a fairly heart-heavy meta
  • Dragon Killer awakening

4 juicy time extends on such a cute body. Romia shares a board change with her father, Zuoh, as well as his Dragon Killer awakening. The loss of row awakenings for additional time extends can be made up for with subs such as Shantotto and Akechi if you are hurting for them, but Romia’s true strength lies in being the best pairing for a 7×6 Anubis team. Despite Anubis changing wood orbs with his base skill, the combination of tons of movement time and ease of activation for the 7×6 leader makes this a very potent combination for those looking to add some consistency to their Anubis play.

I listed the Dragon Killer in both pros and cons mostly because of Arena 3. While it’s unlikely that you would take her into Arena 3, she would present issues against the radars where damage control is paramount. In most other places, the awakening is a boon, but it is worth mentioning that it has its drawbacks.

Niche filler: 10/10

Pros:

  • 7 orb enhance awakenings
  • Double orb and hazard changer

Cons:

  • Only 1 skill boost
  • Breaks hearts in a heart-heavy meta

Elgenubi is what I would consider the prize of the machine for the average player. All flavors of Eschamalli are very strong for their respective colors, and Fire is no different. She will increase the overall damage of a fire team by a noticable margin with her orb enhances, and being able to clear hazards is always a huge benefit. Elgenubi is also a key piece in Shivadra-lead ranking teams, as she keeps orbs flowing, allowing for less skill usage over the course of the dungeon.

Her only real downside is that she breaks hearts, but Wedding Eschamalli carries delay for my Miru team on a regular basis, and if I had her, Beach Eschamalli would likely do the same for my Biru team. Take it with a grain of salt, but Elgenubi could definitely see use on a Christmas Gremory team, just as her sisters do on Miru teams.

  • 5 Water row awakenings
  • No skyfall leader clause
  • +2 combo count increase

Cons:

  • Breaks hearts in a heart-heavy meta

The water queen of speed farming. The no skyfall clause will greatly increase the speed of runs over an extended period of time, as well as providing higher consistency in damage against absorb shields. Her active helps immensely against pesky combo shields, and can be paired with a Ryune active for a full water board for those lacking a high number of Toshiros.

With

As a sub, she isn’t quite as useful as other bases such as the 4 skill boost Blodin split ult and Sarasvati, but she can provide good fire power nonetheless, and is a high tier inherit for any water team that isn’t reliant on hearts (Sarasvati and Rukia come to mind).

As a sub: 4/10

As an inherit: 8/10

Niche filler: 11/10

Pros:

  • 3 skill boosts
  • Machine Killer awakening
  • Devil Killer awakening
  • Combines two actives into one

Cons:

  • Doesn’t make hearts in a heart-heavy meta
  • Devil Killer awakening
  • 16 turn cool down

Barbara combines two things you would want in one turn into one slot; a burst board, and a burst active. This combination provides flexibility for team building by opening up an extra skill slot, and is a welcome addition to any teams that would use it. Unfortunately though, the damage boost only hits Dragons and Machines which reduces its benefit. She will be a very welcome addition to the leader split ult of Baldin, but until then her uses will be fairly limited. Ronia is simply a better choice for the Fire and Dark board changer if a large portion of your team won’t benefit from the damage boost as well.

Just like Mito and Romia, Devil Killer is listed under both pros and cons because of damage absorbs in Arena.

As a sub: 3/10

As an inherit: 4/10

Niche filler: 9/10

Pros:

  • 4 skill bind resist awakenings
  • 2 skill boosts
  • 7×6 board maker

Cons:

  • No offensive awakenings
  • 9 turn cool down

Navi has all but replaced Chester in his roll of skill bind resist stick for Liu Bei farming teams. Chester was crucial in maintaining skill bind resist for Liu Bei, and Navi easily one-ups him by actually coming with skill boosts. Her active being 1 turn longer is essentially moot when she provides 2 extra skill boosts over her competitor.

While skill bind resist is not always necessary, Navi is the clear choice for this niche, especially for those that prioritize speed over everything. You can cover skill bind resist through the use of Perseus and Awoken Freyja, but you are losing additional Dios slots, requiring more actual matching over the course of a run.

Outside of this niche, Navi is essentially a color-flipped, worse Sherias. Most rainbow teams would likely have skill bind resist covered by other subs, which essentially means that Navi only has 3 awakenings. Sherias at least has some offensive offerings with his killers.

Pros:

  • 4 skill boosts
  • 2 time extend awakenings
  • 7×6 board maker
  • Dragon, God, and Attacker Killer awakenings
  • True damage active
  • Massive weighted stat pool (901)
  • So fluffy

Cons:

  • Doesn’t make hearts in a heart-heavy meta
  • Dragon, God, and Attacker Killer awakenings

Ilmina is the cutest little fluff ball of destruction. She is a wonderful pair with Ilm for increased board size, has Tengu levels of skill boosts, has a true damage component to her active, and has valuable killer awakenings for speed farming. Tifa boasts a higher multiplier to go with the 7×6 board, but her active is much weaker than Ilmina’s in speed farming situations, and the damage can mostly be made up for with appropriate killers across the rest of the team.

Fluff ball is an incredible choice when it comes to farming 0 stamina Legendary Earth when that arrives in NA, and will definitely see a lot of use in ranking dungeons. Large amounts of skill boosts are always a boon in these two places, and having Tengu levels of skill boosts with an already strong base active are huge points in her favor. She unfortunately doesn’t qualify for Shivadra’s leader skill, but using her skill as an inherit will always be an option.

As with Mito, Romia, and Barbara, the three killers are listed under both pros and cons due to damage absorbs in Arena.

As a sub: 9/10

As an inherit: 10/10

Niche filler: 10/10

Final Thoughts:

The heroine REM has a ton of value in it for every level of player. All of the monsters have a place where they can shine (maybe not Mel), and at the very worst everything sells for at least 15,000 MP. Unless Fujin and Raijin come out of left field and are added in this coming God Fest, your stones are likely best spent here if you are looking to expand your monster box. For the average player, Elgenubi and Meridionalis are likely to be the best pulls. These two provide absolutely massive improvements to their respective roles, and will definitely boost your teams to new heights.

While being the obvious chase monster, Ilmina has less benefit to someone who isn’t big on speed farming or chasing crowns than the other two above. Outside of these two places, her role can easily be performed by a friends Tifa or your own Ilm, both of which will be easier to obtain. With the amount of 4x+ GFE bonuses nowadays, Ilm will likely be easier to obtain than Ilmina herself, and there is no benefit to running dual Ilminas, meaning you can find a friend that has her as well.

Good luck on your rolls, and if you get Ilmina with your free roll, then have a nice day. :^)

In order to play Minecraft, a player needs to know how to operate all of the basic character controls, use their inventory effectively, and build a crafting table and storage chest so to have a grid large enough to craft the items needed to survive in the game. Check out our video below which outlines the basics when it comes to using your inventory efficiently and operating the crafting grid to create items, an essential part of the game.

Using the Inventory

Before you start gathering materials and crafting items, you should know how to manage the Inventory screen. The inventory is where gathered materials (from killing mobs or harvesting resources) are stored for use in crafting items. The nine squares at the bottom of the game screen display items you’ve obtained and consistently use such as weapons or building blocks.

For example, if you break a block such as wood or dirt, an item pops out that is automatically picked up, causing it to appear in one of the inventory squares. The row of squares at the bottom of the game screen represents a quarter of the inventory, as you have a total of 36 available spaces.

To see the entire inventory, as shown, press E (or the corresponding key binding).

You should be familiar with these four components of the inventory:

  • Inventory slots: The four rows of squares at the bottom of the screen, where you see your items. You select the items in the bottom row outside the Inventory screen with the 1–9 keys on the keyboard or the scroll wheel.

  • Crafting grid: A 2-by-2 square, followed by an arrow pointing toward another square to the right. When you want to craft basic items, such as torches or mushroom stew, place the ingredients on the grid to make the result appear on the other side of the arrow.

  • Character portrait: A small screen showing what your character looks like now. This portrait can change when your character sits or sleeps, wears armor, gets hit by arrows, drinks invisibility potions, catches fire, and more. Note: The above image represents a default character but you can also create your own Minecraft skin.

  • Armor slots: The four squares in the upper left corner, representing a helmet, a suit, leggings, and boots. When you obtain armor later in the game, you can place it in these slots; shift-clicking a piece of armor automatically equips it in the corresponding slot.

Because most items are stackable, several similar items such as wooden planks or steak can share the same inventory slot; an item may have a white number next to it in the inventory, indicating how many you have. Most stackable items cannot exceed a 64-stack — you can fit as many as 64 items into one space. Tools, weapons, and armor do not stack, and some items, such as ender pearls or snowballs, cannot exceed a 16-stack.

Inventory Shortcuts & Tips

While viewing the full inventory, you can use these basic commands for manipulating items in the inventory:

  • Pick up the items in an inventory square: Click a square in the inventory to pick up the items there.

  • Pick up half of the items in an inventory square: Right-click a square in the inventory to pick up half (rounded up) of the items there.

  • Place all items you’re holding: While holding an item or a stack of items, click an empty square to place the item(s) there.

  • Place a single item that you’re holding: While holding a stack of items, right-click an empty square to place one item there. The rest remain on the cursor. Right-click several times to place several items.

In addition, while holding an item, you can click outside the Inventory screen to drop the item on the ground. While outside the Inventory screen, you can press the 1–9 keys to select an item from the bottom row of the inventory and then press Q to drop the item. If you do this with a stack of items, only one item is thrown.

If you’re just starting out in Minecraft, break nearby blocks and move them around in the inventory to become familiar with it.

Using the Crafting Grid

How To Inherit Onto Weapon With Only 1 Free Slot Machines

The crafting grid in Minecraft is essential to game-play as it allows you to use materials to build objects & entities including weapons, armors, shelter, signs, resources, food, etc. When you first start playing, your character will only have four slots available, which limits the number of items that you can make. However, once you build a crafting table, you are able to use more slots and create additional items. In order to use the crafting grid, you simply need to open up your Inventory and place items into the various boxes (or slots). Placing different combinations of materials into the crafting grid will result in different item output. There is almost a limitless number of recipes available in Minecraft, so build and customize items to your liking!
